In the original AU from Come Hell or High Water, Theo and Glad have a slightly more tumultuous relationship than in other AUs. Glad is able to out her as being a girl and being a noble, and this causes some tension. However, in most other universes, Glad takes on an older brother role for Theo- often working alongside her and looking out for her.
In Come Hell or High Water, Cicada is the pirate captain that Theo operates under. She has a working relationship with him, but simultaneously holds a bit of resentment for his position as one of the leaders of Skyfall. Given time though, she realizes that Cicada didn't have a hand in her family and country's destruction, so she comes to see him similarly as she sees Glad.
