Okay, okay. This goes for ALL characters/adopts traded/sold/gifted. It is my most basic rules for the above. It still applies even if another ToS is given. If these are broken by ANYBODY, they will be promptly blacklisted.

#1; Gifted Characters Rules:

1.) Gifted characters may NOT traded away immediately, unless they are adopts, idc what you do as long as you follow my ToS for them and look at the blacklist.

2.) The user who I gifted them to will ask me before trading them off. If I say no, then it means no. If given the okay, if I still have attachment to the character, I will get first grabs, and if declined, the user will tell me who grabbed them so I can keep tabs.

3.) Again, No characters shall go to people on my blacklist. My design or not, if caught trading the character to these individuals, I will blacklist and revoke their ownership.

2; Traded/Sold Character Rules:

1.) No characters of mine or my designs are not allowed to pass hands with people on my blacklist. Even if they aren't my designs, I don't care how unfair this is, I'm sick of loosing characters to bad people.

2.) They shall not be traded until after a full 6 months of owning them and checking with me if it's okay to trade.

3.) I would like to be notified if they get traded.

3; General Rules (Goes for all characters/designs):

1.) My designs are NOT allowed to be hidden unless under special circumstances, which must be discussed with me for approval.

2.) My designs MUST be credited, with my toyhouse or one of my social links. Again, if you're not sure, lemme know. :)

Special Character Rules:

Special requests and ToS might be requested before trading. These rules will be followed and if not, I will blacklist and revoke the characters traded.

When you trade or are gifted you agree with these. They will be enforced to the FULLEST extent. I'm sick of people fucking me over. :)
