He has the ability to manifest any power he wishes, but the success rate of manifesting relies on a coin. This means that there's a 50/50 chance that he will not manifest the power. In order to manifest any power, he must flip the coin. If the coin flips heads, then it's successful, if it lands tails, then he fails to manifest the power. The coin only reacts with Flip, resulting in when the item is away from the owner, it's vitually useless. The coin can only be flipped 3 times a day, Flip is trying to figure out a way to increase the number of uses.
