Kasapchy

Kas is a devil hunter loosely associated with the Public Safety department. Has a sub-job of taking out other devil hunters no longer 'profitable' or considered too independant by The National Devil Extermination Public Safety Commission. Usually has to be pulled out of his apartment and onto the street by a co-worker.
