A special mail, wish delivery boy! A half-human half-spirit (demigod) working in the general wish deliver department, delivering wishes and mail between gods and humans. He has a normal human body, and his spirit part allows him to fast travel between places and to protect wishes while delivering since they are the most fragile in transport. He's certain that he was once a normal human, or at lieast his body, but he has no recollection of a human life before training and working in the mail department. Direct human contact is limited strictly by gods, since delivery personel are mostly spirits or half-spirits, so they dont have a valid human identity. His name, Bell, connects to the sound wishes make around christmas time, when he first came to be.
