Kuromiya Kazuto (黒宮一統)

Kuromiya Kazuto is Kamen Rider Kamantis, a member of ZECT. While he may come across as pleasant, he is deeply cruel and malicious. The Kamantis Zecter chooses its user based on brutality, and Kuromiya is deeply brutal, hiding it under a professional demeanor to disarm those who could become opponents. He will happily let others die if it means achieving his goal, and if angered, his facade drops, revealing the latent violence he always carries.
