a long time ago he was a very talented and respected surgeon, but after being diagnosed with a terminal illness, he had a mental break from reality. he poured himself into research on the limits of the human body, unethical sciences, necromancy, anything that he thought could fix him. eventually, he figured out how to replace the bad parts with newer, fresher parts! what a simple solution! in fact, he could probably live forever. when a part gets old, just replace it! he will never die, this hes sure of. hes found the solution, and he wants to help you, too! as he goes on, his perception of how the body should look gets warped and twisted. this leads to his test subjects looking more and more strange.
