Double Down is the son of one of the wealthiest high rollers of the Casino
He picked this up as a summer job tending the bar and flirting with as many dealers as possible

After a slightly tense wealth gap formed between him and the other workers,
He soon became part of their little family.
He's considered a good luck token so often receives the most tips which he gives to Payline to pass down

Payline sometimes uses him to try and push things into the favour of whomever tips best,
