Design Terms of Use
Adopt Rules:
1. Do not sell above the price you got it for, unless additional art is added. You may sell for any price equivalent or lower to the original price you got the adoptable for.
2. You may change the design however you like, but do not claim it as your own.
3. Please do not edit my art that comes with the adopt, or at least ask me if I can edit it for you!
4. Before selling the character offsite, let me know. I'll provide a code to the buyer or transfer the adopt back to me until they get one. Please do not delete my designs off ToyHouse as it's hard to find them again.
5. Cannot be used for commercial use at all!
6. In case of a chargeback (money wise), design will be revoked and re-listed again!
If your character has no additional art, you can/cannot:
Free=Cannot be traded (unless you add 2 more art pieces), CAN NEVER BE SOLD, Can be gifted.
Traded= Cannot be sold, Can be gifted and traded for art or ocs. This includes characters bought for Ac and game currency. Amino coins worth for me is 1kac=1$
Bought= Can be traded, sold and gifted [USD/Gift cards/Points].
Trade.
Keep in mind, price sold for should be equal to the price bought + art or LESS!

Don't send my designs to my Blacklisted users or "Design shelter"/Hoarding accounts.
Don't delete designs off ToyHouse.
