This is Candycane the Food loop. A candy themed character that holds all the candy in the world. No part of them tastes like candy, including the peppermint on their tail. Please do not try to eat him, he is not edible. He is very silly, energetic and will give candy to anyone. He can also magically pull candy out of his hair.
