His herd was wiped out by two species who decided to team up. These species were a larger and stronger adenovirus and a norovirus respectively. These viruses only appear in a flashback scene when Huxley explains to Prince Loki why he doesn't like other viruses, indicating that Hannah's immune system managed to kill them.
Being based on a goat, he likes to headbutt a lot. Headbutting is important in his species and it may mean several different things. He also uses his horns and hooves in combat.
Huxley has become a friend to Hannah, and no immune cell seems to be bothered by his presence. Most likely because SARS-CoV-2 forms a much bigger threat to them at the moment, but also because they know that he's old anyway and thus not infectious anymore.
He has a great bond with Willow. Though, sometimes he may get a bit tired of her playful teasing.
He doesn't like Prince Loki because he happens to be a coronavirus, yet he immediately developed a strong uncle-nephew relation with young King Matthias. This is because he has a soft spot for children, and their species doesn't matter to him as long as they're still young and harmless.
He eventually learns to trust Prince Loki, and the two become good friends.
He died trying to protect Matthias from King Lucius.
He speaks with a deep, hoarse voice and an English accent.
