The mind, might, and morale behind the Candor Fleet, General Loyalty is widely beloved by her soldiers and respected within the fleet without question. Loyalty was the driving force behind the militarization of all previously known security coveys, and largely responsible for their smooth transition into a unified army. She has always been pressing the issue of Pages*, and campaigned for their use against the invading empires before her people could even call themself a fleet. Now, she waits eagerly on the completion of her own Page, Truth, and the opportunity to personally wield it against the Stelis Bridge.
People that meet Loyalty often find em shockingly pleasant in contrast to eir bloodthirsty reputation, and though e has used this surprise numerous times to lure promising Fleet-doubters into eir ranks, e does genuinely enjoy a good conversation with the people e doesn't work with day-to-day. The reaction people have to em is very polarized— most will either find themselves flattered by eir genuine interest and charmed by eir wit and good humor, or reject what, to them, is obvious manipulation and fakery and vow to block out every word out of eir mouth. The truth is somewhere inbetween; Loyalty does not fake interest, but is always angling at something regardless.

- Loyalty's color and morph is directly based on the Martial eagle.
- Loyalty is slightly above average height for her morph, but not very tall for her height group.
- Loyalty has not managed the expansion of the fleet or maintenance of the capital for some years now. E handles only military tactics and oversees the construction of Truth.
- Loyalty is the highest ranking individual in the Candor Fleet. Only the entire Command Council as an entity equal her in rank.
- Loyalty considers the pursuit of power for power's sake inexcusably pathetic. E has violently expelled people from eir command council for such behavior before.
