They are a spirit who posesses the power to read souls, which essentially allows them to see what someone is like, what they have done, and what their past lives have been like. As such, they are careful around everyone, especially those who have done horrible things. However, they also have a good understanding of people in general, given that they know almost everything about the people they meet. Thus, if they choose to become close to someone, they are an empathetic, compassionate friend; of course, as Venandi is rather aloof, it is difficult to befriend them. They are also quite intelligent and adaptable, making them an excellent problem solver. However, they also use this ability to harm others who they deem to be bad; having read so many people's souls, Venandi feels that it is their duty to ensure that awful people face justice for their crimes (which many would consider to be arrogant of them). They're spiteful, too, so if a particularly nasty person is unfortunate enough to cross their path, Venandi will personally ensure that the rest of their life is miserable.
