he was brought into the world by his mom. they were being adopted just like normal. the people who adopted her were normal, and he didn't mind being adopted by them. he enjoyed being there. the comfort made him feel better. the owners tried dying his fur with what they thought was washable dye, animal safe reguardless. the dye wasn't washable, and ended up being permeant. so they liked the look of his neon(ish) colors and decided to keep the look.
he's currently living in the house. though his owners are always gone, thats why he has more freedom with the things he enjoys. he sneaks out of the house whenever he wants to, and likes to have that freedom of trying to eat all his favorite steam buns and honey bread buns. he'll eventually live out the rest of his life and pass away peacefully, but until then he will do whatever he wants. he will eat more honey bread buns and other things, just enjoying his life.
