A bootleg Jirachi who's fully aware of his status as a bootleg - and revels in it! He used to be the boss of a cosmic megacorporation, being as slimy of a person as can be, until his wife Rubey came along... He's a pretty cool guy now! Both of his parents were killed by Spaniards not long before marrying Rubey in the Suckling of '69 (a cosmic war), so he doesn't really like them all that much. Despite mostly being a good person now he torments GimmiFOOL relentlessly (because he's a Spaniard), is a huge pervert, and has a bit of a temper at times.
