Mackenzie, or Six, is a kookuburra who is well known around his college for his bright, attractive feathers, charming personality and sporting abilities. Six on one layer is very charming and comical- lots of people flock to him for his lighthearted personality. He won't let people see or hear about his real life, only his successes in sporting and academics (he was never into education all that much, but passed with solid grades that allow him to continue) He was born in Aberton, but moved with his family to Swinborough at a young age. His family is very well off, having the money to allow him to do sports training whenever he pleases, and for a big house and chance to get into a good college. His family has always had a good reputation, specifically from his father being a famous sportsman on the island, gaining lots of revenue and attention- his mother being a doctor. His parents supported Six when he said he wanted to be a sportsman like his father, and they pretty much spoilt him to get him into a good career.

Best friends

Felix and Six have been friends since primary school, growing to suit each other's needs over time, with both of them ending up being very similar in interests, hobbies etc- both of them are now part of the 'popular' group at their college, though Felix took to this more than Six despite Six being more popular, not showing his true feelings towards the position
