Volt is a brash and commanding leader of soldiers. She's dedicated to protecting the pokemon of the Sky islands, and won't hesitate to stand up for what she believes in. She's brave, quick to act, and quicker to throw herself between innocents and any threat that may be against them. Her skill as a leader and strategist is undisputed among those around her.

She is however, not as adept outside of battle. While that's her element, she struggles in social situations and comes across as rude and to the point. She tends to not do well at managing her words and often unintentionally insults or belittles others simply by stating her mind a bit too bluntly. She doesn't always know how to relax and tends to work herself too hard. Too long without something to engage her also tends to drive her to being quite irritable and looking for the next fight if one is not presented.

She doesn't really handle failure well, and will become extremely distraught and self-depreciating if she deems a failure as a direct result of her inadequacies or actions. Something that is surely a bad habit, but one she doesn't really know how to break out of yet.  

She does enjoy a good challenge, and though her main motive is in protecting those who are too weak to defend themselves, she definitely just enjoys the concept of a good fight against an equally matched opponent too, as a way to prove herself. 

Volt was always the type to want to issue justice towards anyone who she saw as doing wrong. Whenever anyone was a bully or hassling someone else, she wouldn't hesitate to be the hero and take matters into her own hands to make sure the accused was brought to concede their guilt. 

As she grew older, she focused her fighting and ability to handle situations into helping the Sky islands, eventually becoming captain of the guard and leader of the defense against the chaos being Aeldredus and his minions. She has proven a reliable and strategic leader, even if she isn't always the nicest person to be around since her work always has-and always will come first. 

She has successfully repelled Aeldredus' attacks, and he certainly gives her no want for work as they become more and more frequent.
