She acts incompetent, loud, spacey, disinterested and as though she is drunk/high all of the time, but in reality she can be very sober, focused, strict and present. She is a bit of an anomaly to most and only she knows her motivations.

She has a rare condition where her shifted form is male despite being female as a human (possibly chimera gene effecting the shifting gene oddly?). Her peacock form has a piebald pattern (likely a result of the same thing that makes her peacock form male).
