Tap Atune

The late wife of Whistle and demigod queen of Tap's rest, lead her people into the cyan tower and founded the city of Rivendell. After enlisting the help of RMC to deal with a major threat to the city she was killed by Roar in order to fulfill a deal with the arbiter to stop it from taking one life a day.
