chlorine aka rust princess! she is a shipgirl oc (from the game azur lane) but is not based on any particular ship; she's more like a monster that preys on shipgirls. most of the info is in her pictures
very WIP; no solid outfit yet. she doesn't have to wear all black, it's just probably what her default will be. also her clothes do not have to make any sense; if her body can defy physics so can her clothes. shes wild like that
she is fascinated by human culture and behaviors, but that fascination extends only to
1. can i eat it? and
2. shallow imitation
chlorine likes to dress up and imitate ships she has killed or encountered and re-enact scenes she has witnessed from mind controlled vessels. when she consumes or mind controls a ship, she can pick through their memory and absorb their knowledge and experiences.
she is incapable of truly comprehending what she's seen or generating new creative thought, but she thinks it's all very neat and likes to re-enact things. she tends to go through 'phases' of liking to behave/act a certain way and re-enact specific things, much like a child wanting to watch the same movie over and over before moving onto something else. ultimately she SEEMS intelligent but there is a hollowness to all of it. all she really cares about is killing and eating and spreading her pathogenic rust, but imitating things she's seen gives her bored mind some enrichment during all those lonely hours at sea
also i didnt write/specify this but her hair works kinda like an arabian horse's tail, it's just Up as if propped on some underlying structure rather than ponytails or something. but she can also wear it down. how? magic i guess. most likely she extrudes some kind of big rusty screws from her head and wraps the hair around it, so if she wants her hair 'down' she can just push them back inside.
