Born into a life of privilege, Spira was the first and only child of the rulers of Mer. She inherited her mother's power - the role of Oracle. Now wandering the wilds, she encountered the gravely injured and lost Brave of Wintermoore, Faolan. After nursing him back to health, the two of them set off on a journey to find the missing prince, and cleanse the corruption that threatens the entire realm.
