design notes

• marthe's brown hair has natural 3c curls styled into box braids that are pulled into a bun on top of his head. two braids on either side of his head are left dangling from the bun. these are dyed yellow and have cherry red, light blue, and creamsicle orange beads in them.
• her top is a creamsicle orange tank top tied into a knot in the front to form a crop top. over the top is a yellow-orange button up with white stripes that tucks into his skirt. the buttons are yellow and pink.
• his skirt is cherry red with a faded criss cross pattern on it and white ruffles at the bottom. tied around the skirt is a light red apron with a small pocket for spare change. marthe usually stuffs pens and a notepad in the band tied around the skirt.
• her thigh socks are mismatched. One is crimson and the other is creamsicle orange with white stripes. her shoes are light blue slip ons with criss-crossing straps at the bottom.
• he wears a light blue buckle choker and a light blue ribbon tied into a bow on his left wrist.
