Brett is an enthusiast of all things spooky who hasn't always looked like this.
He took a potion one Halloween to temporarily give him the ability to shapeshift to enhance his costume. He used this to give himself skeleton facepaint and bodypaint. The potion wore off early and he wasn't able to turn himself back to normal. He doesn't mind and enjoys looking like this.
