SP has had a successful life performing duties as a city administrator for various gate cities, overseeing the design, construction, and day-to-day operation until the dream they are in collapses. Her mother has finally deigned to pull just a string or two and get her in position to begin administration of a new Dreamspinner city on a Ruin large enough to support one, making it what could become the first large permanent settlement in millennia of Dreamspinner history. Outside of the duller meta-dream city, that is.
