Saoirse was a child prodigy, and despite being one of the head researchers, she's still pretty new to the facility she works at. She has an eye for detail you'd expect from a photographer and the charisma to gain favor for any grants she needs for her research, but still struggles in some regular conversation. She only works with her older sister Scout, and claims she will only hire more help if they pass her tests, which change every time to throw people off, but the real test is just if they get along with her sister and both their partner pokemon.

She chose a vanilla Eevee as her partner because it reminds her of her bright enthusiastic sister.

She comes off as the type to hole herself up in her research, but in reality, she loves going out and watching her sister battle or perform (and probably fail) in her contests.
