Brassica Ruby

Born and raised for a while in Botswana, Brassica is a formally single mother currently living in the United States, and has lived here since she was in her mid 20's. She has two kids, Poupon and Dijon. She works as a hotel receptionist and housekeeping extra in Idaho. Her last fiancee broke off with her around when she had Dijon due to his family members seeming to slowly die of chronic illnesses. Brassica let him go understanding the stress, and held no ill will. She raised Dijon on her lonesome with the help of her eldest son (and did a damn good job at it!) While she was content and happy about her life with her two beautiful children, she did still have a longing to pursue another relationship.

During an evening at her job, a man stumbled upon a wet floor sign at the front of the hotel and Brassica came to his aid. The man in question is Takahashi, who came from Japan for a year vacation with co-workers (who urged him to do something else but collect and distribute taxes. and get a woman to hang with. or a man. whatever he's into.) Takahashi was instantly taken aback by how entrancing she was (she has big breasts tall as hell and she's sweet. my man takahashi knows his type well. slay!) Immensely flustered, he thanks the woman. They became well acquainted and upon learning Takahashi would be a common face in the hotel for a while, they took the time to get closer. This was mostly when Brassica would take over housekeeping duties for other employees, finding herself constantly at his room first.

Eventually, Takahashi just, like, went to the receptionist desk and just like exclaimed that he wanted to take Brassica out to dinner or a date or something. All the employees were like "lol she doesnt want you bro she's too fine and youre kinda plain" but Brassica was really warmed by his offer and instantly accepted. Every employee felt immense regret. They went to Taco Bell and Takahashi probably like tried to hard to not cry because shes so sexy and easy to please literally the perfect woman. my man TAKAHASHI!!!!!! They did other stuff beyond confessing their love that night too but there's kids around.

Around the last two months, Takahashi got worried at the thought of not seeing Brassica again and urged her to think about the idea of moving to Japan with him. While Brassica wasn't opposed to the idea of being a traveler herself (she loves that kinda thrill,) she worried how Dijon would adjust. She proposed the idea of Takahashi and Dijon getting a familial bond before making any moves. Dijon and Takahashi hit it off, and he adores her like a father would, but Dijon was worried about culture shock getting to her, despite her excitement. Brassica and Takahashi made a promise to take her to an international university to give her a sense of familiarity, if that is a boost she needs. Dijon happily accepts, seeing it as an opportunity to finally have the group of friends she's always idealized.
