Story
Aika grew up as an orphan in the Water Temple in Fallmoor. She was cared for by the kindness of others but was largely left alone to entertain herself. Her bell-like giggles brought life to the temple and eased the weariness of travellers and those at the end of their pilgrimage.
Her songs are frequently requested by travellers, as her voice is so gentle and sweet and so easy to relax to.
Early Life...
Aika never questioned her true parentage because the people at the Temple took very good care of her. She only knows that her father may have been a royal guard who could no longer care for her. There were no whispers or mentions of a second parent, so Aika simply assumed that they were no longer around. Either way, she holds no memory of either of them and accepted the reality that they will never be a part of her life.
As a young Archane in the Water Temple, Aika had plenty of free time to herself. She spent a lot of that time exploring the Crystal Vale. One day, Aika ventured too far and found herself in the Temple Ruins. Her curiosity got the better of her and she was forced to spend the night in the Ruins. Aika awoke from a horrible nightmare and ran all the way back to the Water Temple. For several nights, Aika would be awoken by the same nightmare. Eventually, Aika worked up the courage to return to the ruins. She sang a song in the empty ruins and that same night the nightmares stopped.
When Aika became old enough to venture out on her own, she began travelling to other realms to explore the world around her. She made friends everywhere she went and helped wherever she could. Due to her outgoing personality, she amassed a wide set of skills like baking, tailoring, embroidery, flower arrangement, and more!

Aika loves sweets and enjoys all kinds of desserts. She makes delicious pastries and even better candies. Aika imbues her candies and treats with different effects. Her popular treats are the calming candy melts (helps soothe anxiety), the butterflies cotton candy(makes you feel butterflies from the person you receive this from), and the energy choco bombs (for that burst of caffeine in the morning). Aside from mood-altering sweets, she also makes desserts infused with healing properties.
