some cool design I did once for a collab for a fantasy RPG party.
I get the idea he's a city guard who maybe stays too close to the rules and relies a bit too much on government laws to feel like he's doing the right thing.
Might put him in Riojo's story. But if I do, he'll be a side character. I don't think he's interesting enough to be a party member.
