While being inside Lauramy's mind, she can manipulate her in different ways. She can create hallucinations (visual and hearing voices) to warn her about her consequences and to make her lose her mind. SL herself can appear in those hallucinations to scare her and show her she is always here to torment her.
But how can she possess her ?
When Shadow Lauramy is in control, she can do whatever she wants with Lauramy's body like it would be hers. (walking, jumping etc...) Exactly like a puppet.
Also, Shadow Lauramy can fakely materialize herself to talk to Lauramy directly like she would not be inside of her. It's most likely a big hallucination but she can interact with objects and her surroundings while still being inside Lauramy's body.
