Interests:

Minseo loves to brew drinks, especially tea. She runs a brewery in town, which she raised all by herself. She can make anything sound good, no matter how complicated the order may be. It's one of her favorite things to do, or even just talk about.
She trains a lot. She's into mixed martial arts, which she's taught herself using the internet. Minseo uses it as a way to take out her aggression.

Dislikes:

Despite her work, Minseo isn't a fan of bitter beverages. The amount of milk and sugar she adds is horrifying.

Personality:

She's a fighter, through and through. Everything is a potential threat, and she's always on edge in some capacity. Minseo is one to become combative rather than try to become a lesser target.
Minseo struggles with her past, and how it's changed her life so drastically. She's on alert at all times, and it really wears her down. She drinks a lot of caffeine to manage day-to-day life, like it's an addiction.
Minseo, once her walls are broken down, is extremely soft. She's vulnerable and mad about it, and it's incredibly hard to get her there. But once she does, it's a really intimate thing to see her that way.
