GENERAL RULES

-When I use the base of another artist to make adoptables, it will be specified both in the post and the image with watermarks.

-You may not claim the design as your own creation

-Feel free to draw your new character, commission art of it, use it as a fursona, make a fursuit, ect. (This isn’t a rule, but I would LOVE to see any art male or receive of your new character~)

-Once I receive payment, it's your character. I will never take it back or tell you want you can and cannot do with it. (Other than the terms listed here)

REPOSTING

-You can repost whichever version of the art you choose too. Just please make sure my watermark and the base artists watermark are both on the piece.

-You are more than welcome to add your own watermark stating you’re the owner, just please make sure  mine and the base artist’s mark remains on the piece.

RESELLING | TRADING | GIFTING

-Reselling the adopt/design is allowed but may not be sold for higher than what the design was originally purchased unless it has more art/extras

-If you have acquired an adoptable through a gift, please do not sell it for profit

-Once you re-sell/trade/gift the design, it is no longer yours

RECOLORING | EDITING

-You are allowed to make changes to the design. 

-Do not make "copies" of the character with the intention to resell for profit.

COMMERCIAL USE

-My designs CANNOT be used for commercial use.

-You are NOT allowed to use my art of the design for profit in any way.

-You are NOT allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media for profit.

-I can make characters for that purpose, we just have to discuss it beforehand.
