he's basically a demon which is being contained/ weakened by the talisman on his head (which says smthin like subdue demon or attack demon), however he has no memory of this and wanders around pretty happily. He's quite an idiot and exceptionally harmless but if the talisman gets taken off (its hard to remove) or not renewed every year, he'll turn into a ruthless demon.
