Winter

Winter is a silver dragon in half elf form. It’s a bit of a secret that they’re a silver dragon. In the story the wolf necklace thing is actually a control collar that the leader of the organization they work for uses to basically mind control them. Winter is the one most in contact with the party and has been instructed to remain aloof and to not get close to anyone and not take off the collar.
