??? is an explorer, part of an expedition by his species to establish a foothold within the Tianhai and to learn more about its various civilizations and phenomena. Sincere, optimistic, and more than a little naïve, he possesses raw strength and a sharp intellect—yet if asked, he'd say that his natural charm and diplomatic demeanor are his most valuable assets. He seeks allies among the denizens of the Tianhai, but it turns out the Ensouled Folk are a rather suspicious bunch, and his efforts have been unsuccessful so far.
Since he was but a small child he has been enthralled by stories of the galaxy he has come to call home—tales of supernatural feats of martial daring, of noble spirits taking on form to do battle against their unearthly foes and of masters of lishu powerful enough to set heaven and earth aflame in their pursuit of vengeance.
Unfortunately for him, he has yet to see what the Tianhai is truly capable of.
