a bit of an oddity in the pokemon world this little guy is. he's not scared of anyone for the most part and will even go interact with them and yet he simply refuses to be caught or trained. nearly all attempts to capture this little guy have just resulted in fruitless effort and pain.
PERSONALITY
ziggy is a force of chaos and not a goon to be trifled with. he won't fight in battles but if you wronged him then you're in for the pranking of a lifetime. he's a loud n proud criminal who loves to cause trouble especially for the local towns. he's one of the only pokemon who actually have a warrant for his 'arrest' but he's a slippery little weasel and hard to keep still for too long.

not much is known about ziggy and he likes to keep it that way
these two are hardly seen apart and most likely that's a problem. it's warned that if you see one always check for the other, even more so if you have valuables nearby.
