Valentine is a mail carrier for the PWPS (Pokemon World Postal Service). She's decended from a long line of Pokemon Postal carriers and takes great pride in her work. She is happy go lucky and rarely ever frowns. She takes pride in her work, having never missed a day (or lost a letter/package) in all her years of working. Val is very friendly and often stops for chats with other Pokemon at her normal stops.
