Louisa Trueheart (Lou to her friends) (Or Lulu) (Sometimes Lois if you’re really close) is a cheerful and kind girl, eager to make friends and always looking on the bright side of things. She’s a bit childish, getting excited over simple things and having a love for fairytales and fantasy. She enjoys studying things that interest her, and loves talking about her interests to anyone who will listen. Louisa is adept at listening to others, however, and is always willing to be someone’s shoulder to cry on. She does sometimes overwhelm herself in caring for others, trying to fix everything and make everything and everyone happy. (106 words)

History

Louisa’s childhood was a normal, if slightly sad, one. Born to Lady Trueheart sickly and weak, her mother did not give up on her daughter, naming her after a great warrior she’d heard tales about when she was a child. The name was fitting, as Louisa became strong and healthy, and as a toddler, blessed with a spiralling horn and wings like a dove’s. With her odd appearance it wasn’t much of a shock that Louisa fell victim to teasing from other children, and was often unable to stand up for herself. She first discovered her magical abilities when she used it to calm herself down, and after her mother found out, she was quickly bundled off to Namarast to learn how to use her magic properly. Although no longer faced with teasing, Louisa still recognized that the world can be an unkind place, and resolved to make it better, with both her words and her magic. Having completed her studies she’s set off to Faline in hopes of finding what she should do with her life, one that hopefully involves sharing her kindness with others. (186 words)
