pretty regular girl, aside from her "magic" hair.
The pattern moves, like static on a television. If she wants, she can make it stand still. If she gets excited (or deeply upset), it's harder for her to control. When deeply distressed, her hair also emits an unbearable static sound, causing her to isolate herself from others, so they won't be subjected to it. She tries not to let anything get her down because of this.
