High quality art examples's Ownership

HELLO!! please read these terms thoroughly before selling, trading or gifting any of my characters!!

My terms are very simple and easy to follow!!

Upon owning any of my characters, you can do as you like, HOWEVER, You may not claim the character as your own creation. You may not resell the character for a higher price then you purchased, UNLESS there is art on the character that makes the price raise (commission art, your own art, ART TRADES AND GIFTS DO NOT RAISE THE PRICE OF MY DESIGNS)

Please don't delete the character's profile! if traded to an off site client, please be kind enough to keep the character in storage!! PREFERABLY, IF YOU CAN- DON'T TRADE MY CHARACTERS TO ANYONE OFF SITE!!! MAKE SURE THE PERSON YOURE TRADING TO HAS A TOYHOUSE!!

You may co-own a character of mine! BUT DO NOT MAKE A SEPARATE PROFILE FOR THE CHARACTER!!

you will see me using MY OWN art that I've made of that character as commission ad's/ art examples The art is mine, I am obligated to advertise my art of my design. You will be credited because you do own the character but i did create the design. meaning i have full right to use it to promote myself and my works!

IF i see you misusing my design in problematic things, such as (RASISM!! HOMOPHOBIA!! TRANSPHOBIA!! SHAMING!!) I HAVE FULL RIGHT TO REVOKE THE CHARACTER FROM YOUR PROCESSION!!!!

Please follow these guidelines, any breaking of my rules will result in a blacklist- Also!! please report any of my designs being misused, stolen or overpricing without having added art <3
