Phaedra (Lamp) ⭐️

• A short, thin Icewing with a ragged assortment of straight and relatively short spikes down the back of their neck that thins out to sparse patches down the back and tail to a small group of spikes at the tail's end.
• Stark white scales cover their form while subtle blue speckles dust a portion of the snout by the eyes. A thin line of blue speckles trail down each side of the neck to mergo on the top of the shoulders, dust the biceps, wings, spine, and tail.
• Dark circles rest under a pair of sparkling pink eyes. A soft and tired expression exists in contrast to the pointed face that wears it.

Soft-spoken and slow to anger. She labors in her shop, creating medicines researching treatments. Much of her knowledge came from her time at Jade Mountain Academy where she discovered a way for her to assist others.

Phaedra, known as Lamp to her friends and family, is an albino IceWing with SkyWing heritage. She was born to Aspro, a purebred IceWing, and Peristera, an IceWing with SkyWing ancestry. Lamp has two older brothers, Pagos and Chioni. Her family was middle-class, and she had a decent upbringing.

However, Lamp was born with a curse. While she was still in her egg, an animus dragon cursed her with a debilitating illness that made her sickly and weak throughout her life. Despite this, Lamp was always curious and passionate about learning. She spent much of her childhood reading books and studying the world around her, always searching for knowledge.

When Lamp was old enough, she was accepted into the Jade Mountain Academy's Quartz Winglet. It was here that she discovered her passion for researching and creating medicines. Despite her delicate health, Lamp worked tirelessly in the school's library and laboratories, experimenting with different ingredients and treatments. Her hard work paid off, as she discovered several effective remedies for various ailments.

After graduating from the academy, Lamp returned home and set up a small shop where she could continue her work on creating medicines and researching treatments. Her shop is located in a cold cave at the edge of RainWing territory, where she can collect rare herbs and plants to use in her remedies. Her knowledge of medicine and treatments has made her a valuable resource to her community, and her gentle nature and kind heart make her a beloved member of her village.

Despite her illness, Lamp remains determined and resilient. She is soft-spoken and slow to anger, and she often appears lost in thought. However, when she is focused on a task or problem, she becomes completely absorbed and works tirelessly until a solution is found. Her perseverance in the face of adversity serves as an inspiration to many.
