Lennix is unsettled by Horatio because he is a lunatic that finds pleasures in torturing both vampires and humans alike.

When Lennix received his first gift from Horatio, he was mortified to find a decapitated almost rotting human head resting in a cute box with heart stickers all around it. Lennix threw up at the site of it, and god, the smell was the worst part of it.

Now anytime Lennix receives a gift box, he throws it away if it has no name attached to it or sees that it's from Horatio.
