Mathias is Latino

When Mathias first came into contact with Cadell, he thought that he was a little youthful looking for his age. Epcially with how short he was. Couldn't blame peole for mistaking him for anything less. In reality he was way off. Cadell was, all in all, 42 years old in the year 2017 which is when they first met. Thankfully, in Cadell's eyes, that he was turned when he was in his prime back in the 90's.
