Cute Smile, also known as Agent QT, is a hitman. She works for a big corporation that eliminates threats/problematic people. She was partly manipulated into the job, due to having nowhere else to go. Her very first job went so much better than expected and soon she became the best agent. She was eventually tasked with eliminating Vicky, her childhood friend and she couldn't finish the job. That earned her the scar over her eye.
Cute's main mission is to eliminate Vicky and ever since their first encounter, she's become somewhat obsessed with her. They keep running into each other and Cute is never able to take the shot. That has left the two becoming acquainted with each other.
