Bolt (must go with sis)

Originally was apart of a closed species on DA called 'Skalkie' by MyLittleParakeet. 

The person is inactive and I can not find anything on the species but they were big cat sized and had elemental powers with wings.

 Bolt and his sister, Lite were a subspecies called a Regal Salkie.
