“Sy”'s Ownership

• My designs are not to be sold for more than their initial value if nothing is added to their character (personal art, commissions, physical goods, etc.) *designs obtained for free (raffles, gifts, freebies) are not to be resold for any monetary value but are allowed to be traded/gifted
• Changes to the design are allowed, but note that if you change my own artwork, I only allow colour/hue/saturation shifting and minor touch-ups. You can change the design itself however you’d like, but if it’s anything drastic (70% + in changes), I’d prefer that you contact me first or design a whole new character entirely at that point.
• To make this clear, while you own the design, I still have rights to my own artwork. The art of them and the design itself is not to be redistributed without proper credit.
• While I am open for discussion on this, I highly advise keeping my designs on Toyhouse. You are allowed to take them off the site, but contact me first to discuss this.
• Similarly, do not private my designs. I’ve had some people do shifty things that was brought to my attention while I wasn’t able to see it, so leave them either in the open or authorized so I can see them
• I do not allow my designs or any art that comes with them to be used for AI learning or any kind of cryptocurrency (NFTs)
• Unless paid or discussed previously, my designs and artworks are for personal use. I allow but don’t keep track of any merchandise/physical goods purchased as long as they aren’t resold. Note that physical goods then become your responsibility of keeping track of.
• For sibling/related designs, while I do allow this, if you are heavily inspiring/referencing my original design, credit me for initial creation. Note: if you give my design a twin that looks either exactly or almost exactly like my design, don’t credit that design as your creation (e.g. my design being mirrored and considered a new character)
• Arguably what I consider the most important, but even though I don't mention this often, while you do not have to make your ocs religious, I am religious. Do not associate or add any form of sacrilegious symbols or blasphemous content to my designs. This is not up for debate, thank you.
•  ^I understand there has been confusion to this, I don’t care if the character is like a fictional demon or something, but I mean it more like using my designs to promote blasphemy.

If posting offsite, credit me, 6e6f7261, and please don’t use old usernames unless previously discussed. I don’t care what site you credit as long as it is not Discord.
