This is Nyfna. She's very ditzy and forgetful, but always means well. Music comes naturally to her and she can play many instruments, even from a young age. This ability caught the attention of a mysterious young Fey, who whisked her away to the Feywild. It couldn't have been much older than her.
She spent many years in childhood going back and forth between the Feywild and her home.
Her parents became quite concerned when their daughter would disappear for hours, even several days at a time, and of course never believed her honest explanation, leading them to search for treatment for her madness.
As the "treatment" grew more and more dangerous and her parents were taking greater risks to solve this issue, her Fey friend came to rescue her, keeping her in the Feywild for the rest of her childhood.
As she grew older, her will to return to her home and just get out of the Feywild grew too. The Fey, however, infatuated with her by now, wouldn't permit her to leave without making a deal. She would sign a pact, allowing her freedom and magic abilities so long as she would return when called to make music once again. She agreed, thus becoming a warlock. With her now patron allowing her anywhere in the world, it grew anxious for her safety and granted her an imp familiar, named Yigne. Yigne would be the complete opposite of her, except for being weak but cute.
