Erebus

Erebus // Level 90 // No Gender (he/him)

An asteroid was once set on a course for Earth, meant to sail onward and collide with it, marking the planet’s destruction. But a heroic trainer riding into space on the back of the legendary Pokemon, Rayquaza, took up the difficult task of breaking it apart, only to unleash the alien Pokemon known as Deoxys. Deoxys was mild, but thought he needed to fight for his life, frightened. However, the trainer offered their kindness, befriending and technically catching the space creature, affectionately calling him Erebus.

Erebus was gifted a green, plaid scarf to ensure he’d be marked as a non-wild Pokemon.

After several years of learning and living on Earth, his trainer died. His Pokemon were released to a relative, but Erebus, rather than going with said relative, ran away, flying back to space. The asteroid formed around him once more, though not nearly as big as the first one. It crashed to Earth a few more years forward, and let loose an Erebus, still holding his scarf, with scattered memories.

• Erebus is gentle and wishes only to make friends. He doesn’t like fighting.
• Erebus is easily impressionable and often repeats words or gestures after others. He happens to love the thumbs-up gesture, and uses it most of the time instead of saying ‘good job’ or ‘yes’.
• Erebus loves fruit snacks. Keep them out of his sight or he will have the uncontrollable urge to steal and/or eat them.
