Sandy

About: Sandy is a character from a comic strip I have an idea for. He is partners with Sterling and together they work as detectives (in the style of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson). Sandy is most often the case leader, and Sterling is his sidekick. He serves as a mentor, and offers wisdom and life lessons to his young assistant.

Appearance: Sandy is a fennec fox, mostly tan with a lighter tan color on his face and in his ears, and a light brown color on the tip of his tail. He almost always has a disgruntled look on his face. His standard outfit is an olive green jacket, a brown vest, an off-white button up shirt, and a yellow neck tie. He's also often seen carrying a pocket watch. He is quite a bit shorter than Sterling, as the top of Sandy's has only comes up to his shoulder.

Personality: Sandy is quite smart and is a great critical thinker. He often comes across as grumpy and somewhat stuffy, and he takes his work very seriously. Occasionally he becomes outwardly angry because he has a short temper, but because of this he can be very assertive and somewhat threatening, despite his relatively small size. He does not work well with others (except Sterling ofc); he's willing to converse with people but he prefers his silence and solitude.
