Utah's Ownership

1. You Cannot Sell, Trade or giveaway the character. 2. You Cannot Choose a mate or Breed the Character without my permission as some characters i will be picky about. 3. You Can Draw them with your other characters if you wish, though as far as who becomes actual friends with them, I would like to be asked first, just cause.

4. You Cannot make any Changes to Personality or the History of the characters, but may add to them, again run the ideas by me First. 5. ANY Art Bought by Either of us may be used by either of us, and should the co-owning ever stop all art will remain with the character, and I will do my best to compensate you on what you spent.

6. Any Art can be bought for the characters, except References....I would like it to be run by me first, before any new ones are made or ordered.

7. You Absolutely Cannot Rename, Change the Gender, or Revamp the character in anyway.

8. If I choose you as a co-owner you will have First dibs on a character should I decide to sell, but there will be a dibs list added to each character for Secondary and so on purposes -should you decline the first dibs, when/if selling time comes for said character.

9. If I decide I want to make a litter with a character, you may help by suggesting a possible mate...if said character doesn`t already have one, and you will get First Dibs, (after me of course) to choose a pup from the litter to keep.

10. As the Co-owner, I would like to see you contribute at least 1 piece of art every 6-7 months at the latest, either made by yourself or bought from someone. I don`t expect you to go broke buying art, but this is just to make sure you are a Serious Co-owner.

11. I Reserve the right to Terminate a co-ownership if i feel it is needed, (I.e. it would probably only be if i feel a rule is broken, or if i wasn`t given a heads up that getting a piece of art for your contribution to the character was going to take longer then the time limit above.
