Magic: Water/Storm 

(Can use similar magic like Leif’s but also can somewhat control weather, Like storm clouds.)

Attacks: Storm cloud will hover over character and can either rain or lightning strike. Raining will severely decrease the chance to hit and lightning will strike a character making them unable to move for a time.)

Can from a different land (like Kabbu.) but doesn’t remember how they got to Bugaria. It was raining and the fell near the first settler statue and Kabbu, Leif, and Vi helped them recover.
